Quality Improvement In Primary Schools Monitoring and Evaluation (QUIPS)

EARC trained Ghana Education Service (GES) staff across the country between 2002-2004 under USAID/CSA Monitoring and Evaluation Capacity Building Program. EARC officers facilitated the TOT workshops and served as mentors during site visits. EARC also executed the achievement testing under the same project. Under testing, EARC trained test administrators, monitored field work and scanned the test responses.
